SHIPPING POLICY
We provide worldwide shipping for all orders. All of the orders will ship by economic expresses, if required to be shipped by other fast-delivered expresses, please kindly contact XNENO team by rainyxneno@gmail.com.
Delivery Time:
We will process your order as soon as we receive it. For craft kits and finished product, it will take about 2-5days to prepare the packages (the weekend will be delayed to working day). For customized product, it will take about 10-15days, or more to prepare the orders. Before the shipment, you can email us (rainyxneno@gmail.com) if you need to cancel the order or change the delivery address. For customized product orders, it cannot be canceled once order confirmed.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Shortly after your order shipped, a tracking number (for some express, there may not have the tracking number, pls know) will be sent via email with a link to track the package on the shipping company website.
