In fact, our beginner kits are made for 100% complete beginners. Each kit comes with enough materials to make one bag, we do make it easy for you to making it. There are tutorial videos to guide you step by step to do it.
No extra tools, no experience needed. We handle the hardest parts so you can focus on the joy of stitching.
Each kit comes with enough materials to make one bag:
· Pre-cut – no rulers or cutting knives needed
· Holes pre-punched – every stitch is guided and aligned
· Needles pre-threaded – we don’t want you to get stuck at the very first step
· Illustrated guide + video tutorial – two ways to learn, whichever suits you best
· Beginner-friendly design – made for first-timers, tested by first-timers
· Finish in 2–3 hours for beginner kits– for easy craft kits, it only take one afternoon, one bag that you made yourself

Everyone crochets at a different speed. Different kits have varying levels of difficulty. For some more challenging kits, such as crocheted rattan bags, an experienced person needs half a day to complete them, while a less experienced person needs 2-3 days.

About the Shipping
We offer free shipping on US orders over $100, and and gift card to orders over $100 for clients from other countries. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duties. You can read the full shipping policy here.
Yes, we provide worldwide shipping for all the orders.
We send orders out within 7 business days. For customized finished products, it will take about 15-20days. We will update the the tracking info will be updated once the packages are sent.

If your order is defective or damaged, you received the wrong item, or if something’s missing, reach out to us so we can make it right.
Once an order is placed, we can’t update the billing address. If your payment went through and you got a confirmation email, it means all’s well and your order will be sent out. Make sure to put in correct billing address when you place order.
About Orders and Returns
Once your package is on its way, look out for an email with the subject “We’re XNENO’ on your order” that includes your tracking number. Make sure to check your spam/junk folders if you don’t see this email in your inbox. If you still can’t find it, email or text us with your order number.
You’ve got 14 days from when you receive your kits to return them. Shipping costs aren’t refundable, and you’ll be responsible for return shipping. To start a return, email contact@xneno.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return if the refund is approved. If it is, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Remember, it might take a bit for your bank or credit card to process the refund. Read the full return policy here.
Yup, as long as your order is still processing, hasn’t been packed up, and a label hasn’t been created. Just a heads up, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once it’s placed. Please reach out to us at contact@xneno.com as quickly as possible, and we’ll do our best!
